Excellent service, fast shipping though it shipping cost seems to be getting expensive. Perhaps a suggestion for improvement would be to allow customers to choose different kinds of shipping methods based on cost and speed.

The Holyart website is a great discovery but a real temptation as I want to buy everything, the products are so appealing.

Although delivery takes around ten days from order to arrival the website is very clear and it’s easy to track where your order is at any given time.

Holyart is a great Italian company that lives up to their name! We placed our order from The US and had an issue with our CC provider not allowing the transaction. I reached out to Holyart after clearing the transaction with our CC provider and got the order processed while on the phone. Afterwards the Holyart customer care representative reached out to inform me that I hadn’t applied the promotional discount on my approved transaction that I had previously. She informed me Holyart would refund me the promotional discount, which they did. Great company and great products!

Wonderful...

I have been looking for additional figurines for our church Nativity scene and everything I came across was very expensive. I happened to find Holyart's website and they had just the pieces I was looking for at reasonable prices but I wasn't sure of the sizing so I emailed customer service and within hours received a detailed explanation of how to determine proportionate size. Then, Patricia went one step further and offered to give me her opinion if I sent her the height of some of our existing figures. I did and she responded quickly with her thoughts. I placed the order, receiving discounts for using the app, and within a week I had my figurines. They were packed securely and arrived perfectly. On top of all that, they surpassed my expectations. These figures are so life-like you expect them to start moving around. I ordered a donkey and an ox and until you touch them, you think they are covered in actual fur. I am so pleased with my experiences with Holyart. I hope to be able to order more items in the future.

Ordered our 11 Pcs 60 CM Nativity Set. Arrived very fast. Unfortunately, one piece was broken. Holy Art replaced the piece hassle free and I had it within a week. Great Customer Service, and the set exceeded our expectations!

Because of Jubilee Year 2025 the fine people at Holy Art could provide a number of directly related items.
Their website was transparant, as was their discount. The packaging was in order and with Express shipping everything was delivered on time, what could a first-time webshop customer want more?

Ordered Joseph for my nativity as I’d broken the one I had. He arrived with his head broken off informed customer service they sent a new one straight out. Second one came same problem again informed customer service again they sent a new one straight out this one is intact I’m pleased to say. Thank you so much for being understanding and helpful. I purchase my children and grandson an ornament every year. Their grandparents were from Germany and so we have a love of ornaments from Austria, Germany and Poland. Now we have an appreciation for those from Italy! The products were top quality and were delivered so quickly. I love them!!! Will definitely be my go to next year!

I was not sure about how a glass product could make it safely overseas, but they did a remarkable job!

I ordered a few ablution cups for my church- they were carefully wrapped and made it safely to my parish. They look and work great!

I recently ordered some bulky liturgical items from Holy Art. The U.S. Customs was holding up the delivery. I contacted the customer service department and forwarded the documents that Customs needed, and they quickly acted permitting the delivery to be on time. The service I experienced when ordering a beautiful wooden advent calendar for my grandchildren was exceptional. When I encountered an issue with the item not working, I emailed Holyart, and they responded promptly, resolving the problem without any hassle. I will certainly order again because I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance I received (even though I don't need any more decorations, my house is already full, haha).

Outstanding service

All communication on the product arrival was really clear.
When I brought the liquid oil candles to my local parish (I’m an orthodox Christian), my parish priest was full of delight. When our diocese hierarch visited my parish, he expressed his joy upon seeing how suited the candle lengths were when placed adjacent to the altars and lecterns.
