The seller with food plates sells at the market the results of his hard work, in order to feed the hungry. He is showing the food to potential buyers and he is in a pensive mood because, unlike the other sellers, he isn't shouting to draw the attention to himself.

Each character is completely hand-made, different and therefore unique. The figurines are extraordinarily detailed, charismatics and expressive.
Angela's statues have a complete body: this means that the character is created naked and then is dressed with clothes(unlike other statuettes where only hands, feet and head are completely sculpted).
You will be able to notice particulars like the tense muscles, tendons and expression wrinkles. While looking at these small pieces of art, you will realise you are looking at the history of a man or woman, 'captured' in a particular moment of their life.
