Hand-painted wood nativity 12 cm

Nativity scene in natural wood, entirely hand-painted. The nativity scene represents the Holy Family: Baby Jesus in the cradle, Mary on her knees looking at him and Saint Joseph with a lantern to illuminate and protect his family. The figurines of this nativity set are in ashwood, entirely hand-carved and hand-painted by expert craftsmen in Val Gardena, Italy. The use of oil paints let the natural veining of wood emerge.
