My experience was above and beyond what I had imagined. I was very excited to order these products, but, having had some rather bad experience with delivery from Western Europe to Bulgaria, I was wary about the process. Thankfully, my expectations and wariness went away as the products arrived quickly, with frequent updates as to their location. The products themselves are brilliant devotional pieces. High quality for a minimal price. The symbolic nature of having ordered a Tau cross that was made in Assisi, or a St. Michael and guardian angel keychain made in Italy as well, is what elevate these objects to an even higher spiritual position in my life. When we placed our order, the thin altar candles were backordered, so we were prepared to wait a few weeks to receive our delivery. In less than a week, however, the candles arrived. The refund process was simple and easy and quick. I recently ordered jubilee candles for our parishioners and they absolutely loved the candles plus they did excellent job wrapping the candles too. I think I am going to keep ordering more products from here.
