Alloy plate with Holy Door of St. Peter's Basilica, 5x3 in. Reproduction of the Holy Door of St. Peter's Basilica, made of zinc and copper alloy with burnished finish, measuring 5.1x3.2 in, delivered in an elegant red velvet cas with the Vatican seal, measuring 9.1x6.3 in. The Holy Door is a symbol of redemption and mercy, only open during the Holy Years as a symbolic act for pilgrims who, by crossing it, renew their faith. Made in 1949 by the sculptor Vico Consorti under the pontificate of Pope Pius XII, the door is decorated with embossed details telling some moments of Christian history, including the theme of grace and forgiveness. This edition is enriched by the year of Jubilee 2025, keeping up the tradition of this important spiritual symbol. This reproduction, made by hand in Italy, reflects the quality and the tradition of an old family foundry.

Tutti i dettagli sono ben distinti, in modo del tutto fedele all'originale, solo in scala ridotta. La cornice in velluto rosso fa ben risaltare il valore di questo oggetto, sia per il suo significato simbolico sia per la sua bellezza, e permette di goderlo appoggiato oppure appeso. Il bel cofanetto conferisce eleganza e sottolinea l'importanza di quanto contiene. Per chi ha vissuto il Giubileo, in presenza o col cuore, è un bellissimo ricordo: ogni volta che lo si guarda è come rivivere il Giubileo.
