When we placed our order, the thin altar candles were backordered, so we were prepared to wait a few weeks to receive our delivery. In less than a week, however, the candles arrived. Our order was in perfect condition, arrived quickly, and the price was a bargain. Looking forward to doing business again and again with HolyArt.

The refund process was simple and easy and quick. I recently ordered jubilee candles for our parishioners and they absolutely loved the candles plus they did excellent job wrapping the candles too. I think I am going to keep ordering more products from here.

Although the items I ordered (brass decorated incense burner) were not in stock, I was well informed about what was happening and when I could expect to receive the items I ordered. This information put my mind at ease, and when the items arrived they were just what I needed.

I ordered a Sick call case for the Deacon our parish supports but it was way too small than I expected. The customer service offered the fastest way of getting the one with right size and explained how to proceed to return and get it refunded. The brass processional crucifix arrived in perfect shape. It is simply beautiful. Unbelievable quality. Most importantly, our customer service representative, Alessandra, was wonderful to work with. I purchased a 60cm marble statue from Holyart and I'm fully satisfied with the experience. The craftsmanship quality is exceptional, statue is very well made and sturdy, with great attention to detail. Packaging was quite alright, with a good amount of styrofoam peanuts to prevent any damage to a fairly large box at 18lbs. Shipping was incredibly fast, I ordered it on Dec 18th almost certain that it wouldn't make it for Christmas and I got the package delivered on the 23rd. Will definitely buy from them again.

Over past months I've bought several shirts from Holy Art. I've found them all to be good quality and a great fit. I'm not a Catholic but I like Holy Art's clerical shirts and highly recommend them.
