Hop amaro 50 cl Antico Liquorificio Trappisti Tre Fontane. Hop amaro made by the Antico Liquorificio Trappisti delle Tre Fontane (Italy) with a cold infusion of 10 aromatic herbs, such as cinchona, rhubarb and gentian, well known for their degistive effects. This bitter liqueur is enriched and completed by an infusion of bitter orange with its unmistakeable aroma and an infusion of hop.
Visually it offers a bright amber colour with golden reflexes and, as for the aroma, a scent of herbs, orange and, at the end, the bitter of hop. This liqueur is sweet in the mouth, perfectly balanced, enveloping and slightly warm. The long progression of tastes exalts the liquorice and gentian notes, accompanied by the refined notes of citrus. In smell, at the end, a pleasant bitter note persists.
