This high quality wine is made from grapes of the Romiti's vineyard, already known in 1356.
Bottled on site and fully produced by the "Cooperativa Agricola e Forestale La Mausolea of Bibbiena (Arezzo, Italy), this wine, containing sulphites, is mainly made of Merlot, Canaiolo and a small part of Sangiovese. The wine stays for a short period in steel containers and then matures for over a year in oak barrels.
It is advisable to open the bottle an hour before drinking or even pour it in a pitcher and keep it at room temperature.
