I purchase my children and grandson an ornament every year. Their grandparents were from Germany and so we have a love of ornaments from Austria, Germany and Poland. Ordered Joseph for my nativity as I’d broken the one I had. He arrived with his head broken off informed customer service they sent a new one straight out. Second one came same problem again informed customer service again they sent a new one straight out this one is intact I’m pleased to say. Thank you so much for being understanding and helpful. I was not sure about how a glass product could make it safely overseas, but they did a remarkable job!

I ordered a few ablution cups for my church- they were carefully wrapped and made it safely to my parish. They look and work great!

I recently ordered some bulky liturgical items from Holy Art. The U.S. Customs was holding up the delivery. I contacted the customer service department and forwarded the documents that Customs needed, and they quickly acted permitting the delivery to be on time. Also the shipping with Holy Art is very quick. My many thanks for their service department.

The service I experienced when ordering a beautiful wooden advent calendar for my grandchildren was exceptional. When I encountered an issue with the item not working, I emailed Holyart, and they responded promptly, resolving the problem without any hassle. I will certainly order again because I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance I received (even though I don't need any more decorations, my house is already full, haha).

All communication on the product arrival was really clear.
When I brought the liquid oil candles to my local parish (I’m an orthodox Christian), my parish priest was full of delight. When our diocese hierarch visited my parish, he expressed his joy upon seeing how suited the candle lengths were when placed adjacent to the altars and lecterns.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of this Christmas town! Delivery was exceptionally quick, and setting it up was a breeze. The reason I was so confident and excited to buy one was our wonderful experience last year in Finland, where we saw this exact setup and our kids absolutely loved it.

The display in Finland was quite flattering, so to recreate that enchanting atmosphere, I plan to add some extra lights, mirrors, and other decorations. Fortunately, I have the time and enthusiasm for it. I was so impressed by this little town that I ended up ordering a couple more to truly elevate the festive experience to the next level.

just want to say thank you to all at  Holyart- found this website when searching  for bits and  bobs  for  our church. I always search around  for the best value but consistently found  Holyart to be just that. so  now it is  my first to go to for most items we buy throughout the year. This time round we bought some baptismal candles and they arrived fairly promptly (small issue with courier  but  no fault  of Holyart)  all were packaged well and everyone  loves them. Use Holyart again? definitely and very soon.

I ordered this Chasuble for our Bishop who asked if I could find him a plain white Chasuble for when he celebrates Mass on Tuesday 9 July for NAIDOC week.   He only gave me just over 2 weeks notice and I wasn’t able to find one available for purchase in Australia.  I sent the order through to Holy Art on the Thursday, asked for it to be express mailed to Australia and it arrived on the following Tuesday.  Bishop Michael and I were very impressed with the fast and efficient service from Holy Art.  We will definitely be shopping with Holy Art again.
