The technique
The Linea Aurea collection by Bottega Tifernate stands out for its high quality artistic works created through the patented pictography technique, created by the master Stefano Lazzari. This method allows you to create reproductions that maintain all the aesthetic qualities of an authentic painting. Years of dedicated research and study in the field of painting and restoration have enabled the Città di Castello workshop to faithfully restore the methods and recipes that the Renaissance masters applied in their creations on fresco, panel and canvas. For the frescoes, the same type of lime used by Giotto is used, a pure lime, free of salts and alkalis that could damage the work over time. The technique used is ''a fresco'' with gold leaf retouch, which allows the colors to blend perfectly with the lime pigment during drying, thus ensuring long-lasting and harmonious integration. The pigments used are oxide-based, which guarantees that the intensity of the color remains unchanged over time.
The painting
Traditionally, the figure on the left represents God the Father, Jesus is positioned in the centre, and the Holy Spirit is depicted on the right. In the centre of the painting there is a chalice, symbol of Christ's Eucharistic sacrifice. It is interesting to observe how the lateral figures, through their internal contours, compose in their turn the shape of a cup.The picture comes with a certificate of origin inside the packaging, adding value to the purchase. A metal support and a hook on the back make the work versatile, suitable both as a decorative wall and table element.
