Saint Ivo is the patron of lawyers and judjes. This icon is in seasoned limewood, plastered and backed. It is treated with an anti woodworm product. This icon was made according to the techniques and schemes of traditional Byzantine Russian painting. The halo is in 23 3/4 karat gold. The colors used are earths and semi-precious stones such as lapis lazuli, azurite and cinnabar.
