Ghirelli heart-shaped pendant, Madonna of the streets, crystal and silver. Pendant in the shape of a heart of 10 mm precious crystal mounted by hand on a rhodium-plated silver frame with, in the centre of it, a faithful reproduction of the Madonna of the streets by Ferruzzi in rhodium-plated silver.
The pendant is delivered on a diamond curb chain of 0.5 mm of rhodium-plated silver in an elegant white box.
