This icon represents Our Lady of Kazan with two Saints on her side, a faithful reproduction of one of the most famous types of depiction of the Mother of God of the 17th century. In this modern reproduction, the Mother of God is depicted as a half-length portrait with her face looking toward the Infant Jesus, represented full-length, standing on her left while blessing with his right hand. On each side of the two characters, we find two saints, a woman and a man.
