Christ Pantocrator with riza, 31.5x26 cm, Polish painted icon. Gilded icon painted by hand in Russian style by Polish artists on a wood plank covered by a silver-plated copper riza. This riza is created with embossing traditional techniques and enamelled by hand with Schauer enamel.
The icon represents Jesus Christ as the origin and the final judge of the entire creation, blessing the audience with his right hand and holding the Gospel in the other.
