Fibreglass statue of the Immaculate Virgin, painted by hand by Italian craftsmen, representing Our lady on a white dress with blue and golden cloak, crushing a snake with a rose in its mouth barefoot and standing on a hemisphere with a starry sky. This representation is very rich in meaning: the snake represents evil overpowered by the precense of Our Lady; the rose is one of the Christian symbols associated with the love of Jesus and the starry sky alludes to the asscension to heaven of Mary.
The statue stands on an octogonal base of 1.4x6.9x6.1 inches.
