Faithful copy of one of the most famous original archetypes of the 17th century, this icon represents Our Lady of Tenderness, painted on a linden wood plank with gold leaf background according to the Byzantine-Russian iconographic rules.
The whole icon has a wrinkling effect to create an antique finish.
